Their story
We coincidentally met through mutual friends in 2017 one night out on the town. A group of 4 or 5 of us all met at a Korean restaurant. Lauren and I came a bit early and luckily sat across from me at the table. We all ordered Soju we got a shot glass along with the Soju. Lauren was bit shy so I poured her a drink. Our friend group encouraged her to take a shot. She exhaled a deep breath and went for it. Her face was priceless when she realized it wasn’t soju I poured her some sprite when our friends were not looking. We both shared a secret laugh and ended up talking the entire night. She gave me her number that night and I took her out on a few dates the following weeks. Rest is history.

Their story
We met during my last year of Uni and her first year. I was a good bit older than her, so we didn’t interact very much, but eventually got a little more friendly and started hanging out. After few months we started dating exclusively after I graduated, but it turned into a long-distance relationship, so we were on and off for almost two years. Eventually, we took a break for a while. We reconnected in the Nov 2018 and immediately both jumped all in. We went to planning our wedding and life together in about a 9-month period. I started planning the proposal three months after we got back together. I’m a planner, so that’s all I could think about for six months. I spent hours and hours looking at diamond and settings. We planned a trip with some of our closest friends to Byron Bay. A few of us had been planning that trip for a long time, so it was perfect. The weather was perfect, she said yes, and we could not have been happier with our proposal setting and her ring.

Their story
My fiancé was once my junior at the restaurant we worked at together. I had left for a different job, and we were inseparable ever since. We planned a weekend to go up and see my mom, who lives up Darwin. While we took the dogs for a walk alongside the lake, I got down on one knee and proposed. Once we went back to the house, her family also were there waiting at our place. I wanted to share this special moment with our family, so I invited her family as well to join us. Finally, everything went well, and we both got some nice time to spend with our family.

Their story
Monica is my high school sweetheart. We’ve been together since our college. As a result, this special moment had been in the making for a long time. I proposed a day before our 10th-year anniversary. I chose a secluded clifftop overseeing the ocean. I will never forget this moment and I’m beyond excited to be spending the rest of my life with my best friend!

Their story
After 9 years and 8 months together, I invited my girlfriend to Cliff. I told her that we were going to have a beach photoshoot ). Of course, my intention was to get the moment very well-documented! In the middle of the photoshoot , the photographer told her to stand back-to-back with me and close her eyes so he could get some pictures. At that moment, the photographer’s assistant gave me the beautiful Luxsso engagement ring in its box. I knelt and the photographer told her turn around and there I was asking her “Will you marry me?” Her jaw dropped she was totally surprised and started crying, and after asking “Are you serious?” she said yes! After this, we continued with the photo session and afterward we had an excellent dinner in an Italian restaurant with a sea view.

Their story
We met on Book shop date in July 2018. I hadn’t done online dating before but decided, after encouragement by some friends, to check it out. By coincidence, Glenda and I actually met the day before we connected on the app as she came and visited the bookstore I worked in. I was a boring kind of person and Glenda always told me I wouldn’t surprise her, so surprising her was the goal. I had planned to do the proposal at a state park near where she grew up, but I could tell she figured it would be there. Then I decide to make special arrangement at my friends place. As soon as we walked towards the decorations my friends had set up for the proposal, I looked at my soon-to-be fiancée and saw her crying but beaming from ear to ear. She was surprised and had no idea it would be occurring that day, especially since she had gotten angry with me an hour before the proposal when I said it wouldn’t be happening soon. It was so special and memorable, and most importantly, she said yes and loved the ring.
